Develop written procedures for quality control/quality assurance
• Perform needed tests on site and Factory to ensure conformity of material
and works according to the contract specifications.
• Review the Material Technical Data Sheet.
• Preparation of Method Statement
• Review Method Statement approval or comments of the Engineer and take action
• Conduct regular Site & Factory Surveillance
• Prepare QA/QC Report
